Interactive Tools to Boost Self-Care will “boost” your awareness of what self-care is and how to incorporate self-care balance into everyday schedules of work and home. You will participate in small group activities and group discussions to empower yourself and create personal grounding. You will learn how to apply tools that can assist with introducing mindfulness, presence and peace into your busy life. Come create your personal self-care plan.
Who Should Attend? Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical nurses, and all other health professionals interested in learning how to make plans for energizing self-care.
