Terms and Conditions

Registration includes: Attendance at program, downloadable program handouts, all day coffee, tea, water, a light breakfast and snacks. All supplies are included. Wi-fi is available in the conference center.

Payment Terms: All payments for participant registrations are due by the date of the educational event. Any outstanding registrations which have not been paid by a participant will be considered a “no show” and onsite registrants will be have priority to seats which are unpaid. For invoices with payment due, please remit all payments payable to Acute Care Education.

Onsite Registrations: Onsite registrations will be accepted first come first served as long as seating is available. In the event that an educational event is at room capacity, for safety reasons onsite registrants might be refused attendance. Therefore, pre-registration is advised.

Cancellation Policy: Attendee cancellations (by phone, email, or mail) received 15 days or more before a program date will receive a full refund. Attendee cancellations (by phone, email, or mail) received 14 days or less before a program date will be granted credit (less an administrative fee) in the form of an E-Gift Certificate.  All credits expire one year after issue.  To cancel a registration, please phone: (360) 258-1838, email:  Register@AcuteCareEd.com or Mail: Acute Care Education, 7200 NE 41st Street, Suite 206, Vancouver, WA 98662. All mailed requests must be received in our office 14 days before the program date to receive a refund.  Acute Care Education reserves the right to cancel any program for low enrollment or instructor illness. 

Exhibitor Terms: All payments for exhibit tables are required to be paid by the date of the event. Cancellation for an exhibit space may occur by written request up to 21 days before an event for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for written cancellations received less than 21 days to the event.
