The Art of Healing celebrates the sacred work that healthcare professionals provide each day to promote health and healing for individuals, families, and communities. As a healthcare professional, it is vitally important to make self-care a priority. On March 16th, allow us the honor and privilege to ‘replenish your cup’ as we nurture your mind, body, spirit, and emotions. This educational and experiential ‘Heal the Healer’ event will immerse you in evidence-based relaxation, coping, and healing techniques designed to help you weather the demands of daily life. The workshop will include sacred ceremony, breath work, music, drumming, meditation, journaling, and Soul Collage®. There will also be a break-out room with self-guided ‘Heal the Healer’ stations, and an assortment of take home resource tools. All workshop materials will be provided, and no artistic talent or experience is required.
Who Should Attend? Nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, students, clergy, and other health sciences professionals.
