How to Complete Your Evaluation

  1. Click on this link to access the evaluation page
  2. Login to the website using your username and password
  3. Read the evaluation materials and answer the questions
  4. Check the attestation box verifying completion of the Requirements for Successful Completion
  5. Click the SUBMIT button at the end of the evaluation
  6. You should be redirected to the the COURSES tab in your profile
