Upon submission of your completed evaluation, your Certificate of Successful Completion will be available to print or save from your profile under the COURSES Tab.   All future courses taken through Acute Care Education will be stored in your profile under the COURSES tab.  

In order to print this HTML document or save it as a PDF document, you will need to use the print functions within your browser.   Each browser has different print functions but can be accessed easily. Please consult your settings within your browser on how to print.  If your browser is not up to date or does not have a printing function, don’t worry, you won’t lose your Certificate of Successful Completion. It will be waiting here for you.

How to Complete Your Evaluation

  2. Login to the website using your username and password
  3. Read the evaluation materials and answer the questions
  4. Check the attestation box verifying completion of the Requirements for Successful Completion
