A Full Service Education Provider

Acute Care Education Associates strives to meet the educational budgets for all of our clients. Our no worries educational events take the stress out of planning an educational event for your organization. 

Our PROMISE as a full service education provider is to handle most of the conference details which will free you to do other vital activities for your organization. What is included in our rates:

• A highly energetic, quality speaker with Master’s preparation and expertise in their field
• All students receive comprehensive syllabi material in an easy to carry folder along with note taking materials
• A continuing education certificate for every student granted from Acute Care Education Associates, Inc. (PA48/Nov/08), an approved provider of nursing continuing education by the Washington State Nurses Association which is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation.
• Pre- and post- test data collection to validate learning effectiveness based on the objectives. Data will be summarized and provided electronically post class.
• Participant evaluation data collection on a 1-5 Likert scale to validate learner satisfaction of completed objectives. Data will be summarized and provided electronically post class.
• A written service agreement explaining all the details of our service, rates, travel and lodging fees, and cancellation policy at the time of booking.
• Advertising on our website and in our monthly newsletter.
• Electronic delivery of a detailed bill with the title and date of the activity, number of participants who signed in, the average cost per participant, and net + 30 days payment convenience.

Speaker Fees

We have two rate structures to meet the budgets of all our clients. For smaller educational events, our minimum number of students is 8 in a class session. For larger audiences of 20 students or more in a class session, book us for one convenient low rate. Travel and lodging fees will apply.  Please email for a rate quote today.
