Inhouse Education:  All inhouse education contracts are subject to a 14 day cancellation notice.  Please consult your service agreement for details.

Online CE Courses:  All downloadable online CE course sales are final.  If payment was made for a live seminar and credited to your account, no transfer of credit will be permitted to an online CE course.

Webinars:  Registration fee will be refunded if notification has been received in writing via email within 48 hours of the webinar event.

Live Seminars:  Registration fee will be refunded (subject to a $25 handling fee) if cancellation is received a minimum of 14 days before the live seminar.  Cancellations received 14 days or less before the date of the seminar will not be refunded or credited to your account.  Any credits to your account must be used for live seminars.  In the event Acute Care Education Associates, Inc. finds it necessary to cancel a live seminar, the registration fee will be refunded in full.

All products are shipped via United States Postal Service.  Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt.  Delivery via USPS is usually 7-10 business days within the United States.

Shipped products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  All products must be in a resalable condition to receive refund credit.  Shipping charges for returned products are not refundable.  In the event products were damaged in shipping, Acute Care Education Associates, Inc. will replace them at no charge.
