Preconference Planning
Time spent assessing and developing specific course material which meets your learner specific requirements based on the FREE educational assessment.
A written service agreement explaining all the details of our services, rates, travel and lodging fees, and cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Conference Day
Our highly energetic, quality speaker with expertise in their field will provide quality time educating and engaging your staff.
Every staff member in attendance receives a comprehensive course packet from us in an easy to carry folder. No copying costs or clerical time required of your staff to assemble our packets.
A certificate of successful course completion for every student wh successfully completes the attendance criteria. Acute Care Education Associates, Inc. maintains all continuing education records and grants the contact hours in accordance to our approving body WSNA, an Approved Accreditor by the ANCC.
Post Conference
Evaluation Data Collection: We evaluate our nursing continuing education activities through pre- and post-test data collection to validate learning effectiveness bases on the objectives. A 1-5 Likert scale is used to validate learner satisfaction of completed objectives. Data is summarized and provided electronically post class where applicable. No need to have your staff development clerical staff create these summaries.
Education Survey: We provide an education survey to all our course participants to discover what future educational activities interest them.
Invoicing: Electronic delivery of a detailed bill with the title and date of the activity, number of participants who signed in, the average cost per participant, and net + 30 days payment convenience.
We have two rate structures to meet the budgets of ALL our clients.
For smaller staff development and nursing continuing education activities, our minimum number of students is 8 in a class session.
(ACLS, PALS, PEARS courses: the minimum number of students is 6; maximum number is 8)
For larger nursing continuing education activities with audiences of 20 students or more in a session, book us for one convenient daily rate.
